1. Terms of Service
By accessing and utilizing the VerifTools automated generator, you accept these terms in full. We provide a cloud-based software service to generate customized digital images of identification documents and utility bills.
Authorized Usage
The system is strictly designed and licensed for:
- Software Testing: Penetration testing and QA validation of KYC (Know Your Customer) and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) systems.
- Cinematography & Entertainment: Generating realistic digital props for movies, theater, and creative arts.
CRITICAL VIOLATION: Using VerifTools to forge physical documents, deceive financial institutions, bypass government identity checks, or commit fraud is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to ban users who violate this rule.
Service Nature
We deliver digital image files only. We are a software company, not a printing agency. We do not print, manufacture, or ship physical plastic cards or paper documents.
2. Privacy Policy
VerifTools operates on a philosophy of data minimization. We do not want your data, and we do not keep it longer than technologically necessary to render your digital asset.
Data Collection
To operate the service, we temporarily collect the text data and photographs you input into the generation forms. For account management, we collect an email address and record your cryptocurrency deposit addresses.
Strict Auto-Deletion Protocol
We utilize an automated script to ensure your privacy:
- Any generated preview image (watermarked) is automatically purged from our cache.
- Any purchased high-resolution image, along with the raw selfie and data you submitted, is permanently deleted from our servers within 48 hours of generation. Please save your downloaded files immediately.
Third-Party Sharing
We never sell, rent, or distribute your information. Your data remains completely isolated and encrypted during processing.
3. Refund Policy
Because VerifTools provides irrevocable digital goods, we operate under a strict refund protocol. Please read carefully before adding funds to your wallet.
The "Preview First" Rule
We provide a 100% free, watermarked preview for every document you generate. This means you can inspect the quality, text accuracy, and photo placement before spending any money. Because you approve the exact layout before payment, we do not offer refunds on generated high-resolution images.
Wallet Top-Ups
Cryptocurrency deposits made to your VerifTools Wallet are final. We cannot refund unused wallet balances back to your crypto address due to network fees and security policies. Please only deposit the amount you intend to spend.
Exceptions
We will manually review and issue a wallet credit ONLY if a server error or bug causes the final paid image to fail to render, or if the final image differs significantly from the approved watermarked preview.
4. AML Compliance
As an international software provider accepting cryptocurrency payments, VerifTools complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) guidelines.
Transaction Monitoring
While we respect user privacy, our payment gateways actively monitor incoming cryptocurrency transactions using blockchain analytics tools. Deposits originating from sanctioned entities, darknet markets, or known illicit addresses will be blocked by the payment processor.
Right to Refuse Service
If our automated systems flag an account for suspicious activity, or if we determine the platform is being used to facilitate financial crime, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze wallet balances, and refuse further service without prior notice.
